I liked my fellow coworkers. It was a very welcoming environment form them, and we all became very close.
What I wish was different
Management was less than ideal, and there were a lot of issues and conflicts with them.
Advice
Things aren't always fair, but if you establish a relationship with a member, use it to help you. The managers care about the opinions of the members, so if you befriend a member, ask them to send an email to managers praising you.
