Norcon, Inc. was founded in 1999 in Chicago, IL and has since then worked in over 20 states around the US. We build in most market sectors- both new construction and interior renovations- including corporate commercial, multi family, education, retail, hospitality, health & wellness, religious, pharmaceutical, agriculture and high end residential.
Norcon has recently completed exciting projects such as the Steppenwolf Theatre Expansion, the Midtown Athletic Club and the Wrightwood Gallery. Some of our repeat clients include Northwestern University, Cresco Labs, Northrop Grumman, the Merchandise Mart and Baxter Healthcare.
Norcon couples the experience and management capabilities of a larger firm with the personal attention and service of a smaller firm. We are able to provide a rich learning environment and hands on responsibility for our exceptional staff. We focus on our clients’ needs and their unique project requirements throughout all phases of the work. The majority of our work is due to repeat business and referrals and we are often engaged in the project in the earliest preconstruction stages through completion.
The company manages approximately $125 million of work in place per year. The LEED Gold headquarters in Chicago, IL contains the main offices, kitchen/ lounge, locker rooms, gym and rooftop deck. Norcon added an addition onto the headquarters in 2018 to accommodate their growth in the Chicago market.
