This was such a life enriching experience in terms of traveling across the world with a friend to teach students in Laos. We were welcome to the culture with open arms and also developed amazing connections with our students besides many barriers.
What I wish was different
I wish I applied to more scholarships to help cover the cost of the trip.
Advice
Don't be afraid to travel to places that aren't"mainstream" and enjoy every moment your there.
