All of the full time staff are receptive and invested in my experience as an intern. I have received invaluable education and advice from my coworkers due to their openness.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to have done more of what was in the job description, which is grants research, but I learned how to be open and flexible to new and interesting tasks.
Advice
Working at Nomi Network taught me so much about how young organizations operate and really depend on a small group of people to get things done. You will not have the regiment of working at an established company, but you will learn how an organization grows and get to see true leadership and innovation in action.
