Amazing staff, awesome training, attention to detail and opportunity to gain more knowledge and skills in the coffee industry. The owners are accommodating to student's schedules and treat you like family.
What I wish was different
I think the starting wage should be higher, but that's more of a systemic issue.
Advice
Be confident in yourself and go for an interview! The worst they can say is not today :)
