Do not work for nn or autocam if you value being able to climb the ladder they have a good boys club and if you don’t conform you stagnate.

Networking is a one the factor that will almost single-handedly decide one's success in the professional world. Therefore, one should get to know the team and other employees in the company. One's output will increase if one works in a friendly environment.
