What I liked

I am currently with NIAR and I love my job. They people that I work with are intelligent and extremely helpful. Once you are in the company transferring to other fields inside the company is easy. The company revolves around aviation but engineers of all types could find a home here.

What I wish was different

It is slightly more difficult to get on for non US citizens due to ITAR regulations so I wish it was a little different in that aspect.

Advice

Don’t be afraid to put an application in, in fear that you will not be hired or will be over looked due to lack of experience. Some shops even actively look for college freshmen to hire so that they can be employed or a longer period of time as a student and graduate as in expert in the field that they worked.
