What I liked
I was able to connect back to my community and pay forward the help the non-profit gave to me. I was able to bring the knowledge I learned from Wellesley to my low-income, Latinx community in California. Because I was a teaching intern last summer, they offered me a position as an assistant director to help the main director overlook the program.
