my supervisor was super helpful and open to explaining every procedure to me making sure I understand and learn something daily. lots of site visits and I got the opportunity to get very involved in the project!
What I wish was different
wish it was in personal and it was paid at least minimum wage
Advice
ask a lot of questions as it is your right to learn from your experience. also ask about your advisor's experience, get to know their career path not one at that workplace but in general to get a sense of what it takes to work and grow in the field!
