I enjoyed learning about the day to day process of successful healthcare organizations. I assisted with onboarding of volunteers, data analysis, project planning, and gained certifications in lean management. I enjoyed the work I completed. It helped solidify my interest in working in healthcare administration.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been payed a higher salary.
Advice
I would recommend making sure you to utilize all your resources. You would be highly surprised at who is willing to help your grow professionally and most of my networks started by just asking for advice.
