Real hands-on experience. I did everything from organizing and running my own program to marketing tasks. I learned a lot and made some great connections along the way!
What I wish was different
If anything, I wish that I had received a little more training prior to my first day.
Advice
I call this experience the best trial by fire I have ever had. It is a fast paced, challenging, and very rewarding job. The best pieces of advice I can give is:
1. Do everything with a smile and enthusiasm
2. Go with the flow and be prepared to change plans as needed along the way.
