What I liked
I love this internship because I get to implement and try out strategies that I have learned in my classes to see what works and what doesn't work. My boss allows me to have a say in the type of work I do, allowing me to pursue what I'm passionate about. I have been able to take initiative and propose new ideas for the company, while managing all my other responsibilities. The culture at this company is amazing. It is a small non-profit, and I work closely with my boss and co-intern. I have been given a lot of responsibility and a lot of room to grow and gain new skills. I loved being able to work from home and have my hours be on my time, and not have a specific work schedule.
