When I think back to this experience, I'm reminded of the cheerful atmosphere during the weekly scrum meetings of that summer, the motivational words from my mentors, and the priceless support extended by my fellow colleagues. I received comprehensive training in ServiceNow Platform Implementation. I was tasked with creating ServiceNow reports, resolving incidents, writing Client Scripts in JavaScript, and I practiced creating customized surveys and automating business workflows using the ServiceNow platform. I had the privilege of receiving mentorship from the Vice President, Scrum Master, and senior developers on a weekly basis. Not only did I learn a lot of ServiceNow skills and gain immensely valuable experience in the work field within an Agile Framework, but it also boosted my confidence and made me realize how much I could achieve. ”
