“This internship gave me a really deep understanding of what the medical device industry is like. It was project-based and most of the interns had a main project and some smaller tasks. I gained more experience and knowledge in designing, performing test protocols, and writing up the reports that follow the testing. All of the interns also work under a senior engineer mentor that directs them in their projects and gives them advice. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at NeuWave. All of the engineers were close, and talking to the other engineers during lunch was a memorable experience. Also, I was never scared to ask questions to anybody. If they didn't know the answer to your question, they would always lead you to somebody that does. ”
