NEO has a great team to work with, the smaller company atmosphere allows you to learn hands on with engineers.

What I wish was different

I wish I had more knowledge of AutoCAD before joining, but I spent time learning it as day to day work is in AutoCAD.

Have an interest in large scale electrical and solar
