What I liked
My managers were very attentive toward my experience as an intern with the Guest Services team at Falling Rock (one of the hotels on the Nemacolin property).
What I wish was different
I wish that the learning and rotational aspect of the internship was completed at the beginning to provide me with an adequate background before jumping into my work.
Advice
Hospitality and Guest Services are the ultimate customer service roll. You are quite literally providing a place for people to rest their heads at night. Guests expect a lot from you and that will reflect in your work every day.
