What I liked
Ability to be flexible with summer class schedule. Good team atmosphere.
What I wish was different
It would have helped if we had more concise training to start with. Sometimes communication about important policy changes can be lacking as well. The pressure to keep being better at the job, even when we hit our best goals (above team goals) and to always be happy and positive can have a negative effect on quality of work and mental health.
Advice
If you're not comfortable talking for extended periods, re-evaluate whether or not you want to work in a call center.
