“I was the sole designer for the Levitt AMP Summer Concert series, which included designing numerous posters, signs and ads to promote. As well, I was able to meet with a different department of the company each week to develop a new marketing plan with my fellow communications interns. There, I did the design work while another created the schedule of releases, and another did the journalism side of the plan. The atmosphere of the company was very laid back and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better group to introduce me to the real world of graphic design. My supervisor was able to provide guidance while also giving me the chance to express my individualism and leave me to make creative decisions. This is the type of atmosphere I would like to work in when I leave school.”
