Conflict management should have been better for people living and working with that level of proximity for an entire summer.

Be prepared to be outside.

What I liked
I enjoyed being in setting where I could be outdoors, work with youth in a ministry setting, and learn valuable communication and team skills that translate to other areas of my life. It is a fun environment where you can truly make a difference.
