I really enjoyed and am grateful for the networking experience I got throughout the course of my research.

I wish I had done this during the semester while still in Rochester so that it would be easier to reach out to people and follow up with them.
Advice
Never hesitate to ask questions to your faculty advisor/sponsor because they are great support, give great advice, and usually have the answers you need.

What I liked
The Nazareth College development team exists to raise awareness and money for the annual fund. I liked that I was able to learn more about development responsibilities as well as set up Nazareth's phonathon.
What I wish was different
I wish I went to more meetings to learn even more about their work.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is people should always ask questions. By asking questions you are able to improve your work and ensure your work is done correctly. Also always be open to other people's opinions.

That I was able to choose which project I wanted to take on and make it truly mine and dictate how I wanted the project to go. As well as progressing the project to the point where I can present it at a national chemical conference
