The supervisors and upper level management gave me great training and were always very friendly. The atmosphere was always relaxed and I did not feel stressed out as much as I did at my last job.
What I wish was different
I wish the staff listened better sometimes because it is hard for me to operate the wheel if no one is listening. I also think there were times where drama could have been avoided if people spoke up, but sometimes communication was no that great.
Advice
Don't be too hard on yourself for making a mistake.
