Advice
I would encourage others to speak with the people around them and get to know people. Just getting the work done is ok, but ultimately learning more and making connections is always preferable. Working at Navis provided me with incredible opportunities to learn about a completely different side of software engineering, because of the limitations and freedoms of working at a larger organization.
