The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is the Navy’s premier research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) laboratory for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR), cyber, and space systems across all warfighting domains. NIWC Pacific supports the development, acquisition, and fielding of leading-edge C4ISR systems. The Contracts Department is responsible for providing NIWC Pacific with end-to-end management and execution of the contracting process from solicitation, evaluation, and award of contracts and agreements, through close-out. The Contracts Department obligates in excess of $1 Billion annually.
