Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East), located at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, hosts the Navy and Marine Corps’ largest contingent of Fleet Support Teams (FSTs). These multi-disciplinary teams, composed of engineering and logistics professionals, deliver comprehensive life-cycle support for a diverse array of manned and unmanned aircraft and systems. FSTs ensure sustained and operational readiness and capability for these critical warfighting assets throughout their life cycle.
NAVAIR FRC East Fleet Support Teams (FSTs) are home to nearly 1,700 employees including more than 1,000 engineers shaping the future of naval aviation. Our engineers have the opportunity to work on a variety of different aircraft, components, and support equipment, growing their technical skillset and keeping America’s Marines and Sailors in the fight.
Our Aerospace & Mechanical Engineers may work on Engines, APUs, Systems, Structures, Propulsion, Test Equipment, Support Equipment, Dynamic Components, Production Planning or Metrology. These teams are responsible for things such as:

· Vibration Analysis and Material Design
Our Electrical Engineers may work on Propulsion, Avionics, Support Equipment, Dynamic Components, or Test Equipment. These teams are responsible for things such as:

· Technical Drawing Development
Our Industrial/Systems or Materials Engineers may work on Metrology, Production Planning, or Reliability & Maintainability. These teams are responsible for things such as:
