What I liked
The position offered beneficial work experience in field data collection, shop work, and lab work. This job has opened multiple opportunities for furthering my career. Completing your own research project offers both reward and challenges that help you grow into your professional identity.
The scheduling is flexible and can fit around classes. You are guaranteed a position for the remainder of your time at NAU that offers valuable experience. The staff are helpful and are great mentors through the remainder of your college experience.

This position can be one of the best parts of your college experience (it was for me). While still being in school it is important to take advantage of positions like this that offer you both present and long-term benefits.
