What I liked

The best part of this job are the kids. You are able to guide the kids on learn how to be a pilot while at the same time you are getting to know them and building an unbreakable bond with them.

What I wish was different

Absolutely nothing, this job is amazing!

What I liked

I loved working with the kids in a simulation-based environment focusing on STEM and aviation.

What I wish was different

Honestly, I would've liked to have been able to write follow-up letters to my students. We create such a bond with them, I'd love to be able to follow up with them and see how they are doing/if they're considering a career in aviation following the academy.

Advice

Definitely get into it. The more excited and passionate you are, the more the kids will get into it. Those weeks are the best weeks.
