Nantucket Golf Club is a small private member golf club located on beautiful Nantucket Island. The island is 30 miles out to sea off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our award-winning Rees Jones designed course uses the natural contours of the land to create a classic routing that captures the spirit of the country’s great clubs, built on links land shaped by the sea. It is with this spirit of excellence, and appreciation of the unique Nantucket Island environment, that we look to provide a relaxing and "home away from home" experience to our members and their guests.
We are open mid-May through mid-October and there is nothing like summer on Nantucket! The island attracts people from all over the world who come here to relax and enjoy the island's unique beauty. Unlike most seasonal hospitality jobs, where tourists come and go, club employees serve members throughout the season, cultivating a different type of relationship. Our membership is small and simply stated, a great group of people. They and their guests are accustomed to the finest service but are also appreciative of the staff that works so hard to provide them with the best golfing and dining experience.
With a 2:1 member to employee ratio, we're focused on making our members and their guests time at the club individualized and unique. During our peak season of July and August, our dining room and bar is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During our shoulder season, May, June, September, and October dinner is limited to Wednesday-Saturday. The Club hosts special events (weddings) and tournaments for members throughout the season. In addition, we have four cottages with at total of sixteen rooms available for members and their guests' stay.
