hardware engineering intern

May - August 2019 • Manassas, VA

What I liked

Worked with a fantastic team of brilliant and professional individuals, was entrusted with serious responsibilities and was afforded every opportunity to be able to achieve my tasks, was brought along on business trips and was exposed to many more different aspects of the engineering world, and felt that my contribution was valued and greatly appreciated.

What I wish was different

I wish that I was not taking classes at the same time because I would have liked to be focus more on my work with them.

Advice

Working with smaller companies (less than or equal to 50 employees) is a fantastic way to get more individual attention with those who have lots of experience and knowledge to share, as well as makes the atmosphere seem more down to earth and you're able to connect much better with your co-workers.
