What I liked

MWG is a great company to work at, where everyone is approachable and the work environment is great. My supervisor had me doing real work that was really rewarding, and even when he was at his busiest, he still managed to have a weekly 1-on-1 with me (along with all other members of the team). Overall a really great experience.

Advice

The people there are generally very genuine and communicative, so be sure to get to know people, both in and out of your department!
