I loved that I got to have so many different experiences. A startup requires you to always be up for a challenge and I felt challenged (in a good way) every single day. I was able to acquire so many different tangible skillsets and experiences with great people that I hopefully will be in contact with even after my time at Mytide ends.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been another female in my daily work sector. It was tough to not be able to connect with my co workers on the most basic level, but it did not hinder my ability to succeed overall.
Advice
I would suggest coming into work everyday as open minded as possible. In a startup, your planned work path will almost never look exactly like what you planned and being open to those changes and pivots throughout the day will keep you on your toes and engaged.
