The fun atmosphere, amazing staff, and being outside all the time. Anyone going into sports should see the behind the scenes of a Minor League Baseball Team, it’s unlike anything else!
What I wish was different
The 13 home game stretch got tough while trying to balance classes and my other jobs. But, other than that and the occasional tarp pull there is nothing I would have changed.
Advice
The connections I made in the sports world is amazing and I am forever grateful, but the friends I left the season with are unimaginable.

What I liked
I loved the atmosphere. It was positive and had working. Everyone around was great to be around and easy to talk to. I loved that everyday was different and time really did go fast because it was fun.
What I wish was different
I would have been more aware of what the job title would entail so I would actually make more things for my portfolio
Advice
Really do take advantage of everything going on and ask to do things.
You can’t expect them to tell
You what to do and get the best experience posssible
