What I liked

I loved the culture that MyoKardia represents. I also loved working in a smaller company because I was able to gain knowledge on multiple fields within HR. The intimate environment allowed me to make more closer connections with my coworkers and I was given more opportunities than I thought I would have.

What I wish was different

I do wish now that I would be able to intern in the Marketing field since I am moving towards that!

Advice

If you are unsure about if you fit well within a large or small company and you want to try a small company out, I would 100% recommend looking into MyoKardia. They are a growing and innovative biotech company with some of the best people. I was able to meet with not only my direct team, but many others and even the executive board!
