This job has been an amazing experience inside and out. MYEP is an amazing community of people from the staff to the clients. I look forward to everyday I get to go to work and help clients work towards their goals and get involved in the community. This work involves making a daily difference and that has been my favorite part of the job. I would definitely recommend this position to others!

What I liked
Working at MYEP has been life-changing for me, I have learned so much working with adult clients with a wide range of disabilities and they have taught me about myself as well. Each day I am greeted with big smiles from the individuals we serve and my amazing co-workers. What I like the most about this job is that every day is different- What client you serve depends on the day and we fill each day with different community outings and in house activities. Each day you have a chance to spread positivity, to teach, and to learn something yourself along the way.

What I liked
The job is perfect, the clients are wonderful, and the supervisors are extremely helpful.

I loved my entire experience at MYEP, I've made some organization requests, but other than that, it was great.
Advice
This job requires precise documentation, just like all social work careers. In order to prepare, I'd buy your favorite pens and organize a note taking system in order to stay ahead of schedule!
