What I liked
I love teaching and instructing the kids on how to better their game and enjoy the game of basketball. The other coaches and staff are always super friendly and nice.
What I wish was different
At time, that other staff members took more responsibility on the job

Don't coach the way someone else does, coach the way you want to coach and feel comfortable coaching
