The connection I got to make within the organization, they provided meaningful work, and allowed me to be a part of team meetings to hear more behind the scenes information.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have started a little earlier! Everyone was so nice, and I felt like what I was doing actually helped the company. I feel you don't find many internships with these type of characteristics.
Advice
Come curious. Do you research on their artists, and be open-minded. I was willing to do just about anything they offered me (beside a 7-8 hour drive to pick up a couple artists after a bus breakdown), and took every task as a learning opportunity. If you go in willing, you'll be rewarded.
