Muskegon-Oceana Community Action Partnership Inc. (MOCAP) is a private non-profit 501(c) 3 community action agency. A Community Action Agency is committed to fighting the causes, conditions and effects of poverty, by helping low-income people become more self-sufficient, improving the conditions in which they live, and enabling them to own stake in their communities.
MOCAP provides multiple programs designed to diminish the causes and effects of poverty through emergency food assistance, utility assistance, financial counseling as well as housing education.
