Janine was good at delegating tasks and allowing interns to learn and grow on the job. She was not too involved and allowed a lot of creative freedom as long as it tied back to the brand. Janine is very kind and helpful, and is trusting in her interns.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more collaboration between interns because we each had a social media to run and only interacted during Zoom meetings. Since it was primarily remote we didn't have many opportunities to gather but we used one another as resources for help.
Advice
You have to be able to work without constant supervision. Deadlines and posting is on you, and if you aren't being active you won't fulfill duties properly.
