As it was an online position, the virtual environment was welcoming and friendly which brought us together.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more tasks that I was given to do to fulfill my hours as times I would not know what I was supposed to do until later in my shift.
Advice
I definitely recommend taking on this opportunity as I learned more behind the scenes of how to run a successful workshop online for students and establishing proper connections amongst Los Angeles based charities and east coast universities.
