From the start, I felt comfortable asking questions, requesting feedback, and communicating with my bosses. They are incredibly welcoming and truly want to help you improve at whatever you're doing. They were also more than understanding if any personal matters came up or if I had to make changes to my schedule at times.
What I wish was different
Because I was working remotely, sometimes I would feel isolated from the rest of the MCM team. I was only familiar with/in contact with my two supervisors, Kat and Rylee. I was never given an opportunity to meet the other interns. I wish I could've felt more in the loop.
Advice
This internship was completely technology based, so make sure you are comfortable using different applications on your device, maintaining communication via email/text, and are overall familiar with technology.
