Being able to learn on my schedule, and have sufficient projects on my plate so that I was always learning. Also, they have a dog that comes in every once in a while
What I wish was different
The projects didn't have a clear defined path and there might have not always been a solution to the problem. More structured time from supervisors in the beginning to be able to get the ball rolling better.
Advice
It feels like a real job, so get ready for the work load
