“I enjoyed their willingness to open their entire lab for us to observe daily projects and day to day company operations. I got to participate in multiple aspects of company operations from tissue culturing to administrative aspects like storing packages. I also appreciated how they gave us some our space to make mistakes and get used to the pipetting techniques used in the company. Whenever we make mistakes, we were instructed on the methods to troubleshoot and fix our mistakes ourselves, like in the case of accidentally putting in the wrong media during cell splitting.”
