Helpful and knowledgeable management. Many different tasks to learn. Genuine and nice people. They also were very safe through the pandemic!

Make your own goals and work to achieve them. Mtech is very relaxed and will let you create the internship you want but you'll make the best impression if you set expectations for yourself.
