SCR is at the forefront of all spaces where the university intersects with community, particularly where students are concerned. SCR engages in all aspects of community relations, including but not limited to working with municipal departments to supporting students with off-campus housing information, to including businesses and non-profits in larger initiatives of the university and state, to helping students navigate their development as thoughtful community members and civic citizens. This new MSU unit is within the Division of Student Life & Engagement and works in partnership the Office of Government Relations.
