Office staff are all very friendly and get to learn much about office work setting. Also very fun to work at a Power Plant as there it's vital to the campus' power.

Advice
Ask questions! Better to ask and get it right than to not ask and get it wrong. Asking questions prevents more work in the future.

The HR team is amazing. They each care about developing my knowledge of human resource functions, as well as encouraging me to grow as an individual.
What I wish was different
Advice
It is year round, full-time in the summer. You are expected to do important work, so this is not the type of position with down time to work on class assignments.
