H-Net wants employees to get the most out of their experience working there and using their talents to help out the organization. If you have an idea, they are happy to listen and help you improve your resume with the experience. They also know we are students first and are very flexible working around class/exam schedules. The staff was relaxed and really close; we had Chipotle Fridays, coffee runs, Jackbox parties during COVID and always ended each semester with a work party to reward staffers. I had a lot of fun working there and would definitely recommend as an on-campus job!

Advice
H-Net has a lot going on and is always overwhelming at first, but it gets a lot easier the more you do all your tasks. Don't feel bad asking questions because chances are someone else asked the same thing when they started!
