Advice
I am having a good experiencing meeting many people and learning new things from them. This position helped me gain skills such as communication, problem-solving, and ability to multitask. Also, I learnt few software's such as HTML, Digital Monitors, Qualtrics, and helped me improvise my excel skills.

My research team is super experienced and helpful. The work was very hands-on, important, and granted me real experience.

I wish I put more effort into exploring the projects I could have worked on instead of jumping into the first one I heard about.

The facilities are fantastic, the onboarding staff was very friendly during my onboarding, and my research advisors are all extremely smart, helpful people.

What I liked
I enjoyed the experience of being able to learn about how a production floor works and being able to work with the technicians and the engineers.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been more opportunities to go more in depth in certain projects and be able to have a greater role in them.
Advice
Be confident in yourself. At the beginning it can feel like you know nothing but you will learn much quicker than you think and always be learning from the mistakes you make.
