I liked the schedule for it being a summer position and I also liked that each day came with a new adventure.

I would have liked to receive higher pay.
Advice

What I liked
I liked that I could use information I've gathered in my classes to assist in my work. One of the kids I worked with was being examined to determine if he had speech problems and I was able to give them accurate information. I had something to give back to this experience that other people may not have.
What I wish was different
My coworkers that worked in the same class as I did were not passionate about there work, nor could they protend to be. Since we were working with little kids, being excited was really important and I think they need to be more thoughtful of the people ththeththey hire and their ability to do that.
Advice
Pacience is key. There WILL be days you want to quit and think it's not worth it, but there will also be days where you WILL think you are so lucky to be working with these kids.
