What I liked

With it being a remote internship, the company was able to maintain their fabulous and happy culture by having meetings to check in with you team and managers every week allowing you to feel like you are important. They did an amazing job to help make you feel like you are connected with everyone, there was never a time that I couldn't set up a call with someone in he company. Overall, this is how I believe remote working should be I never heard one negative comment and there was joy in everyone's face when we met and were together.

What I wish was different

I was I did receive a little more exposure to different marketing departments and have a few smaller projects instead of one big project. Although I loved the project that I was on I wish I was able to be exposed to a little more aspects related to all the marketing departments.

Advice

You have to take charge and make it what you want it to be. If you are not active with a remote job and get to know everyone or take charge then remote working is not going to be too fun for you. This will see like you are just sitting at home doing nothing and wasting time. So make connections and set up calls with your colleagues so you can build your network and make new friends.
