I wish I could get more projects to work on different things and learn.
Advice
Be prepared to have your fair share of drudge work. Its a customer support job and when you know the product well the customers may frustrate you at times.

I wish that more of the technical experience I gained was more applicable elsewhere. Much of what I learned was proprietary to the company. I did find projects that I could do myself that contributed more to my technical knowledge.

What I liked
I really have enjoyed working at Mozenda. My team members were the best, and Mozenda has a great environment. Snack pantry is a major plus, and the work is engaging and exciting.

I honestly loved it, wouldn't change anything
