What I liked

Small company, amazingly inclusive and family-like team, lots of freedom at the startup to work on projects I was interested in. Extremely knowledgeable boss and team that offered great support and mentorship. Productive, motivating and intellectually stimulating environment to work in. Work culture was very happy and balanced.

What I wish was different

A little more structure in terms of project cycles would clarify timelines. If you prefer a more structured internship, this might not be the best fit. However, I loved the freedom to set my own schedule.

Advice

Get ready to be creative and be aware of where your strengths and weaknesses lie so if you have the freedom to design your own internship experience, you know exactly where you'll fit in and add value.
